By signing up for classes or purchasing services from Muse Modern Pilates, you agree to the following terms
and conditions:

1. General Terms

All users must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

Class reservations are subject to availability.

Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to fees.

2. Payment & Billing

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

You authorize Muse Modern Pilates to charge your provided payment method for services rendered.
3. Health & Safety Waiver
By participating in Muse Modern Pilates, you affirm that:

You are in good physical condition.

You understand the physical risks involved.

You waive Muse Modern Pilates and its staff of any liability for injuries sustained during participation.

4. Studio Rules

Please arrive on time for all classes.

Clean up after yourself and respect fellow members and instructors.

Muse Modern Pilates reserves the right to deny service to anyone violating studio policies.

5. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Muse Modern Pilates (logos, media, training materials) is the property of Muse Modern Pilates and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the most
recent version.
